Debt collection software where your agents dial and AI answers every call back

Your agents make the outbound calls. AI answers every inbound call.

AutoCall is debt collection software built on one platform: a dialer for your agents and voice AI for the calls that come in. Your team places the outbound calls. When an account holder calls back, AI answers, takes payments and transfers them to a person during operating hours when wanted.

2:10pm, inside the window you set.

  2. 2. Who

Harbour Accounts, about an account in your name.

  4. 4. Disputed

Handed to a person. The AI does not argue it.

What AutoCall does for a collections team

Your agents make the outbound calls

Agents dial accounts with AutoCall's dialer, working one call at a time or with a dialing mode that keeps them busy. Calls can go out from your business number (your existing number in most setups, if it supports SIP trunking).

Supervisors can listen, whisper and barge

A supervisor can listen to a live call silently, whisper to the agent without the account holder hearing, or join the call fully when a conversation needs help.

AI answers every inbound call

Call backs, payment calls and calls that arrive after hours are all answered by AutoCall's AI. It handles most of what a person at the desk can.

AI can take payments

When an account holder calls in ready to pay, AutoCall's AI can take the payment on the call.

A person when it's wanted

During operating hours, AI transfers the caller to a person on your team when wanted, for example when an account holder asks to speak to someone.

Call limits and hours you set

Call attempt limits per account, calling hour windows and blocks triggered by inbound calls or requests help your team apply its own calling policy. More on these below.

What you see after each call

Recordings and transcripts

Calls can be recorded and transcribed automatically, so you can go back to what was said on any account.

AI summaries and action items

Each recorded call gets a short summary with action items, plus customer sentiment and an assessment of how the call was handled.

Scoring and flagged calls

Calls can be scored, and calls that match your own keyword rules are flagged into a review queue for a person to check.

Analytics and your CRM

Dashboards show call volume trends, sentiment and how AI and team calls are performing. When a known number calls in, AutoCall can look up the caller in your connected CRM and push a call summary back as a note. AutoCall's own CRM is coming soon.

Other industries

The phone system is the same. The queues, the hours and what the AI is allowed to say are what change.

Small Business

The AI calls existing clients and books the service.

Call Centre Operations

Ring all, longest idle, round robin, fewest calls, or sequential.

Customer Support

Basic questions to the AI. A person while you’re open.

E-commerce & Retail

Orders, returns, and where the delivery is, without a ticket pile.

Built to help you work within Reg F call limits

Regulation F sets out how often a debt collector can call about a debt and when calls are presumed inconvenient. AutoCall's dialer has three features that help your team put its own calling policy into practice:

Call attempt limits per account. Limits are tied to the debtor's account number. Set how many attempts the dialer may place on an account, and it holds further calls once the limit is reached.

Calling hour windows. Choose the hours when calls may be placed, and the dialer keeps outbound calls inside them.

Blocks triggered by inbound calls or requests. When an account holder calls in or makes a request, a block can stop further outbound calls to them.

To see the rule itself, read how the 7-in-7 call limit works, and see AutoCall's TCPA features.

These are product features that help teams operationalize their own policies. They are not legal advice. Check your settings with your compliance counsel.

Results

A US collections company using AutoCall's voice AI on inbound calls collects US$150,000 to $200,000 in a typical month. Its best month topped $235k, with call abandonment under 1%.

Questions collections teams ask

What is AI debt collection software?

AI debt collection software adds AI to the phone work of a collections team. With AutoCall, your agents make the outbound calls with the dialer, and AI answers inbound calls from account holders, takes payments, handles most of what a person can and transfers callers to your team during operating hours when wanted.

Who makes the outbound calls, your agents or AI?

Your agents. They place every outbound call with AutoCall's dialer. AutoCall's AI works on the inbound side: it answers the calls that come in.

Can AI answer inbound calls from account holders and take payments?

Yes. AutoCall's AI answers every inbound call, including call backs, payment calls and calls after hours. It can take payments and handle most of what a person at the desk can, and during operating hours it transfers the caller to a person on your team when wanted.

How does a dialer limit calls per account under Reg F?

AutoCall gives you call attempt limits per account, calling hour windows and blocks triggered by inbound calls or requests. You set them to match your own policy, and the dialer applies what you set. These are product features, not legal advice, so check your settings with your compliance counsel.

Can calls go out from our own number?

Calls can go out from your business number (your existing number in most setups, if it supports SIP trunking).

Does AutoCall work with our CRM?

AutoCall can look up the caller in your connected CRM when a known number calls in, and push a summary of each call back to the CRM as a note. AutoCall's own CRM is coming soon.
